To fill your Cylinder at Dive and Dive:

Cylinder Must be approved in Australia,
Cylinder Must have at least one stamp by Australian Hydro Test Station,
Cylinder Must be registered at Dive and Dive, Cost is "$55.00 inc Air Fill only once"
Cylinder Must be Hydro Tested once every year, Cost is "$58.00-to-$68.00 inc Air Fill"
Cylinder Must Have a Sticker, or prmanent marker stating , "Air Tool Use Only
